Liquid Coating

Fluid Handling and Liquid Finishing Solutions

A reliable fluid handling system is essential to any successful liquid coating process. Whether you’re running a high-volume paint line or managing a small shop, consistent material delivery and efficient operation are key to achieving quality finishes and minimizing waste.

From entry-level setups to fully automated systems, liquid coating solutions by ICAFe Companies meet the demands of industrial finishing environments. They include:

Plural Component Paint Mixing Systems

When it comes to improving results and saving money, the effective mixing of multi-part material is a must for liquid coating processes. This leads to another must-have: a plural component paint mixing system.

Choosing the right system for your factory or workshop depends on many factors.

Spray Guns - Manual and Automatic Applicators

Spray guns not only provide consistently better finishes, they can help make your paint application processes more efficient, reduce paint and solvent costs and lower emissions.

Our range of airless spray guns greatly improves the finish quality of your professional painting projects, with minimal overspray, for most materials supplied by coating manufacturers, including waterborne, hot, high solids, anti-corrosive and liquid viscosity products.

Binks-Logo-Color-RGB

Binks spray guns are trusted for precision, durability, and consistent performance across a wide range of industrial finishing tasks.

Logo SATA

SATA spray guns are built for precision and durability — from the first to the final coat. Whether manual or automatic, each tool reflects SATA’s commitment to quality and performance in demanding finishing environments.

Wagner_Logo

Wagner applicators are built to handle a wide range of surfaces with consistent, high-quality results. Choose the atomization method that fits your coating needs — from fine finishes to high-volume coverage.

'Low Pressure' Industrial Painting (and Gluing)

Generally, “low pressure” can mean “easygoing” or “relaxed.” In industrial finishing terms, it refers to using less air by adjusting the fluid’s speed out of a spray nozzle to apply smooth coatings on detailed or delicate surfaces.

“You need to relax the material, and then the air can break it up,” says Ian Skoglund, technical sales and process support manager, ICAFe Companies.

Pumps and Supply Systems

Pumps and supply systems by ICAFe Companies deliver smooth, reliable flow and scalable performance.

We work closely with manufacturing partners to identify, install, integrate, and support the right solution for each factory or workshop — improving finish quality, reducing rework, and boosting energy efficiency.
