2KS and 3KS

The ProMix PD2K mixes the material close to the gun so the flush zone is significantly smaller. This allows customers to use less paint, spend less on disposal costs and allows for faster color changes. And because there is limited mixed material in the system, the ProMix PD2K is ideal for short pot life materials. It is also compatible with acid-based materials.

The RCS 2 (Ratio Control System) provides absolute on-ratio gear-driven mixing and metering control. Fast and reliable, the RCS 2 is the ideal choice for applications where short trigger times, quick response, and/or low flow are required. The RCS 2 features magnetically coupled metering pumps that eliminate shaft seal leaks.

CYCLOMIX™ Expert can manage a total up to 24 components (bases, catalysts, flushing solvents). It can handle mono, bi or tri-component materials. The innovative dosing process – ultra fast injection valve – offers uneaqualled mixing quality and dosing accuracy. CYCLOMIX™ Expert is available in Airspray (HTI/HPA/HTV), AIRMIX® and AIRLESS versions (up to 200 bars) to meet all market needs, in manual or automatic spraying.

CYCLOMIX™ Micro, Micro+, and Micro+ PH

With CYCLOMIX™ Micro, the mixing process is mastered and guaranteed. All technical fluid and application characteristics are fully configurable. Once programmed, CYCLOMIX™ Micro will automatically handle all parameters.

The programming is user-friendly and quick, with data in-putting by magnetic signal. Flushing and maintenance are very simple. In addition, the system can be controlled from inside the booth. CYCLOMIX™ Micro+ allows the flushing of the catalyst fluid passages especially for water-based materials. CYCLOMIX™ Micro+ PH is built to handle acid catalysts.
